Knock your rivals off the stage! Damage % makes them fly farther. Last Toad standing wins. Jump again in the air (Ninja and Ghost Toad get extra jumps). Ledges are grabbed automatically: press Up to climb.

Attacks: tap Attack for a jab, keep tapping for a 3-hit combo. Hold a direction for tilts and aerials. Smash attacks: tap a direction and Attack together, and hold Attack to charge it up. Specials: Special alone, or with Left/Right, Up or Down, gives each fighter four unique moves. Parry: press Guard just before a hit lands to stop it cold and stun your attacker. Taunts: Booty Shake, Laugh, Yawn and Backflip. Knocked off? Jump again, use Up + Attack for a lift, press Jump against the stage's side to wall-jump, then your up special. Getting hit gives your jumps back, and ledges grab themselves.

Items: Super Mushroom (huge and tough: take less damage, hit harder, but move slowly), Mini Mushroom (tiny and quick, but you take more damage and hit softer), Poison Mushroom, 1-Up, Golden Mushroom (heal), Super Star, Turnips. Smash Mushroom: a glowing rainbow mushroom drifts in now and then. Hit it three times to claim it, then press Special to unleash your fighter's own finale!

Stages: Toad Town (Wiggler parades through, hit him three times and he gets angry), Captain Toad Diorama (spike traps and moving blocks), Toad's Turnpike (karts and dash panels), Mushroom Gorge (bouncy mushrooms and strong gusts).

Online: Click Host Online, share the 4-letter code, friends enter it and press Join. Up to 4 players; empty slots can be CPUs.
