The Playbook
First player to reach $1,000,000 total net worth at the end of a turn wins instantly. If nobody does, the highest net worth after the configured maximum rounds wins.
Everyone starts with $100,000. Net worth = cash + the buy value of every asset you own. Purchases use liquid cash — net worth is a score, not a wallet. Passing or landing on GO pays $20,000 plus a 10% dividend on owned stocks.
Land on an unowned asset to buy it or pass. Buying requires liquid cash; owned assets count toward net worth but cannot be spent on purchases. If a forced rent/tax payment is short, assets auto-mortgage at 50% of purchase value.
If you cannot cover a debt and have no assets left to mortgage, you are eliminated and your assets return to the bank.
Bots buy an asset when remaining cash stays above $20,000, and pay the $10,000 audit-lockout exit fee whenever their cash is above $30,000.
Tile 18 sends you to the Luxury Club and costs your next turn — unless you pay the $10,000 exit fee. Tax loophole cards cancel your next tax bill.
