🫧 Fuzzle
Slide a whole row or column. It wraps around. Match 3+ fuzzy friends.
Fan-made tribute inspired by the mechanics of Chuzzle (Raptisoft / PopCap). Not affiliated with PopCap or EA. All art and code here are original.

Tap a fuzzy to select it, then use the arrows.
Tip: dragging is faster. The arrows are here for precise moves and keyboards.
How to play
- Drag any fuzzy horizontally to slide its whole row, or vertically to slide its whole column. Rows and columns wrap around — a fuzzy pushed off the left reappears on the right, top reappears at the bottom.
- Form a connected group of 3 or more of the same colour (lines, L-shapes, and 2×2 blocks all count). They pop, the ones above fall down, and new fuzzies drop in from the top — cascades score extra.
- A move that makes no match slides back. Locked fuzzies (🔒, from level 2) freeze their row and column until you pop them — popping one is worth bonus points.
- Fill the level meter to level up and earn a bonus. If no move exists, use a Scramble. Run out of scrambles with no moves left and it's game over.
- Keyboard: click a fuzzy to select it, then arrow keys slide its row/column by one.
What this is (and isn't)
This is a clean-room, mechanics-only tribute: the sliding-wrap board, connected-group matches, gravity, and level meter are the same kind of puzzle as Chuzzle, but every fuzzy, sound, and line of code here was made for this repo. No PopCap art, audio, or names are used. Fat and Super fuzzies from the original are not in v1 — see the README roadmap.
