Cast. Hold Space (or press and hold the water) to swing the power meter, and release. A stronger cast reaches deeper water.
Sink. The hook falls on its own. Hold to reel it back up, steer with ← → or by dragging. Fish only bite inside their own depth band.
Strike. When ! appears you have about a second to press. Miss it and the fish takes the bait.
Fight. Hold to lift the green bar, release to let it fall. Keep the fish inside the bar to gain line. It fights harder the closer it gets — and the longer the fight runs.
Sell & upgrade. Every catch is sold on the spot. Longer line reaches rarer depths; better bait tempts rarer fish.
